Moritz Klussmann

CEO and co-founder of Customer Alliance

Moritz Klussmann is CEO and co-founder of Customer Alliance, one of the European market leaders for CustomerExperience Management and Online Reputation Management. In his role, he is responsible for the strategic focus and profitable growth of the company. He identifies and exploits new business opportunities and is significantly driving the development of the product. Moreover, Moritz plays a leading role in conceiving and implementing the corporate strategy.

He studied economics sciences at the Humboldt University in Berlin. After graduating in 2009, he and his former school friend Torsten Sabel decided to found their own company. Ten years later, Customer Alliance employs almost 100 team members and serves more than 7.000 business customers in over 35 countries.

His passion for IT-based product development is reflected in his certificates as Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) and Scaled Pro-fessional Scrum (SPS).

The SaaS solution of the Berlin-based company enables the automated communication along the entire customer journey. The aim is to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, optimise processes and maximise revenues. In addition, the software collects, integrates, distributes and analyses customer ratings online to give companies, family-run hotels as well as large international corporations full control of their online reputation and customer experience.
